1. General Policy – No Refunds on Gameplay

All entry fees, participation fees, and amounts used to join contests, matches, or games are non-refundable once a game has been joined or started. Game outcomes are skill-based, and losses incurred are final.

2. Wallet Deposits

Money added to the in-app wallet is non-refundable once successfully credited, except where expressly stated in this policy.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as failed transactions, duplicate debits, or confirmed technical errors attributable to the App.

4. Bonus and Promotional Amounts

Bonus cash, promotional credits, and rewards are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals relate to eligible winnings and are not refunds. All withdrawals are subject to KYC and anti-fraud checks.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of terms, fraud, or abuse.

7. Chargebacks

Users must contact customer support before raising chargebacks. Unauthorised chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
